Jason Rodriguez: Orlando Office Shooting Suspect ARRESTED


Reports are coming in that 8 people were shot in a high-rise in Orlando, Florida. MSNBC reports that the suspect, Jason Rodriquez, located and arrested. Police are describing him as a disgruntled former office worker. The shootings took place at Reynolds, Smith And Hills - a privately held architectural, planning and environmental services firm at the Gateway Center - where Rodriguez worked until 2007.




The shootings took place on multiple floors of the office building. The Gateway Center is a 16-story tall building.

Authorities said Rodriguez were driving a 2002 silver Nissan SUV with Florida tag D11-9UX and was born in 9/28/1969.
Police spotted Rodriguez through the windows of his mother's home and asked him to come out. He was arrested without incident and told reporters as the police took him into custody: "They left me to rot."

Rodriguez, who is suspected of killing one person and wounding five others, worked for Reynolds Smith & Hills, an architectural engineering firm, located at the eight floor of the 1000 Legion's Place, where the shooting took place.
